I really wonder what will come next...
had the opportunity to play around with this lillte fella a couple of weeks ago when I had dinner with a friend who was lucky enough to have bought the last tear drop lug minute repeater VC produced.
VC had 200 of these movements in all (developped with Dubois Depraz) and used them in 170 of their repeaters starting the 90s (simple and perpetual repeaters in YG and platinum as well as skeletonised models is platinum and RG) meaning each combination was made in very few examples.
At SIHH 2006 VC presented the last 30 movements cased in a Malte perpetual model.
VC has a history of creating some of the best sounding repeaters, I'm sure we'll se somethung truly stunning soon
