I love this dial layout typical of PP, reminds me of my 3448 and former 5125 even if not the same complications ... congrats

Still the inspiration is clear in terms of dial layout even if I consider my 3448 as an absolute keeper and the cornerstone of my collection ...  

It was a pleasure to see yours, Mike, and it made me realize / feel how different it is in the real. ...

I was dreaming of it for 20 years if not more: because the 3448 was way out of reach I actually started with a 5125 R launched in 2003 for the 125 years of Wempe. It was a very nice watch but I had the feeling not to be happy with it as I was thinking of ...

I see there's a fairly wide-eyed Patek fan in the background as well. I'd probably make a face similar to that if I had this beauty on the wrist.

it still puzzles me why this vs the Nautilus 5726, with same movement, but different responses. Are we not into inner beauties nowadays and just look at the surface?

At the time I considered the 5726 as well but I was missing a more classical piece in my collection. But to solve this dilemma I just put in a request for the freshly released Nautilus 5726 so I can have both bases covered
