IWC Le Petite little guy

 

So this is not my first rodeo with this particular watch BUT it is my first for an IWC bracelet. What? That’s right. This is the best bracelet from a comfort to design to engineering that I have ever tried. I also think this changed the look of this piece. Overall I prefer the ETA/SELLITA time and date over what Richmond group mass produces and calls in-house.
Also is the le petite prince discontinued? I do not see it on their site.

Congrats on the bracelet. Glad to hear it is top notch. Looks Good. I am considering changing the leather to a nato or rubber strap maybe I should try the steel bracelet. Mine says hi. Enjoy! Lars

I figured as it would have been weird to keep the rest and get rid of one. Yea this is the most comfortable bracelet I think I have tried. Even more comfortable than grand seiko for everyday wear. The speedmaster bracelets as an example felt horrible by m... 

It is a good looking watch and a fantastic blue.

The previous models that used the ETA had perlage on the underside of the clasp. Mine does not. It is however brushed with polished center links which the ETA model didn’t seem tk have . Those were all brushed. Can anyone confirm just for fun? Perhaps it’... 

The bracelet is wonderful, and (for me) a part of IWC's design heritage.

I always loved the IWC pilot, especially since seeing it in Vanilla Sky back in 2001!

There are so many watches I remember in movies, this being one of the most memorable for me.

Strangely I did not pay attention to T.C’.s watch in this movie. But what a fantastic film - the choice of living life with all the suffering it involves, or live a dream even though it is fake.

It really is one of the most comfortable and nicely finished bracelet’s on the market. From what I heard IWC outsourced to the same company that makes bracelets for Alange. Kinda makes sense since the odysseys bracelet looks similar now that I think of it... 

Perfect fit. I could not get the watch to sit like this with the leather/pin buckle

Unfortunately not on this model. I bet they make that upgrade in future and phase out their in-house movement in it for future.
