Thank you for your help!! The dial looks like the E393 but the case size do not match and the lug are also different.

Agree I would say 65 to 70 max. The size (31mm) is quite uncommon.

But this one is very very small ...  

I’m amazed at how much the ‘standard’ size of watches has changed over the years.

Clearly, geomatic watches are Jumbo with respect to this one.
