Jaeger Lecoultre Memovox E 873 in Gold. A rarely seen watch.
To tell you all, this is the very first time I see one in the metal. I only saw it, once or twice, in picture.
And almost never for sale.
If some of you wondered if grey ( brownish, depending on the light ) and colored gold cases is a very recent " first ", you now have the answer.

The gold seems to emphasise it's era
Looks good & really like the dial, but do think the gold really does stress the period that it came from. Grey metallic day is stunning! Cheers JML

My question was more on why 21 and 42, and why on these two models only, 873 and 875 ? But as said, it was just a question "in passing", nothing very important ! Best karl
