Jaeger Lecoultre Polaris Memovox 50th Anniversary: My best photo.
I kept this photo for later this year. 
I didn't change my mind on the Polaris Memovox 50th anniversary.
I really like this watch for what it is: A modernized Polaris. The framed indices, the new case, the way the dial is finished, the beveled lugs are all positive points.
This approach is akin to Rolex and the Submariner. A cult always revisited.
A qualitative watch. Now, and some made this comment, it would have been better if e had screw in crowns, and I agree with that. But for the rest, I still think that it is a good offer.

Having done the tributes, It is good to update it. But it was a shame not to make it to or exceed the ISO diving watch std. Velociphile

... the true question is: what do JLC think? Will it be one the submariner that JLC want? Will it become a new standard in the JLC line? Etc. It is a nice watch for sure, a very nice watch in fact, but can it make from now a whole history line? Only time ...
The former CEO had the ambition to build a new family line, with the Polaris. Will the new CEO have the same ambition, I will ask her.
I think, hope and wish that Jaeger Lecoultre works on both grounds, the Tributes and the Innovative products. I think that the Tribute line cannot perpetually grow. Maybe three or four other members and basta. Best, Nicolas
guess how long before the 1,000 units sell out
I would love to own this watch, but I'll have to wait until mid 2019. I know they are only making 1,000 of these, usually, I find these limited examples don't sell out quickly, but I'm not so sure about this one. What do you guys think?

I've bought many limited editions at closeout prices over the years, as they are unable to sell the full production. I'm not sure about this watch. It seems 1,000 would go quickly.
