Just got back my Reverso Grande Auto today.
JLC made a great job in my Reverso Grande Automatique:
- they fully dismantled the case and the caliber 970...to fix the problem,
but the best is that JLCÂ FULLY POLISHED the case and the deployant buckle!!!
Now, my RGA is as new without any microscratch.

As i told it in a previous topic, there was a very strange noise inside the case...
like a piece of the caliber that would have felt... So i brought it back to a JLC AD, and he sent it to the aftersales service in Paris... 2 weeks later (yesterday) i got it back with the problem fixed and a very good surprise : my reverso has been entier...
I LOVE JLC's after-sales repair speed...
if that were an AP, PP or VC, it would've taken months - with no apologies. -Dean
