i get criticized often because of how picky I am, and I usually get bored with a watch only after a few weeks and find something new to grab my attention.... but i can honestly say that even with my anal-retentive behavior i have no qualms over the two below:


1: Jaeger LeCoultre, Manually Wound 8 day, Cal 875, Reverso Grande Date acier inox, on croco with double deployant buckle (soon to be replaced with a simple tang buckle for preference on croco)

2: Audemars Piguet, Automatic 40 hours, Cal 2121, Royal Oak "Jumbo" 15202 acier inox, on bracelet with single folding monogram clasp,















please feel free to post all of your "keepers",
I am very curious as to what others on the forum feel is the crème de la crème, and what is worth keeping for life.

And as a lawyer, don't ever feel guilty before you sopoke witrh your lawyer! LMAO. You're free to do what you want with your watches, and nobody can criticize you if you don't keep for life your watches, my friend. About the 2 watches you just posted, YES...

I switch it up a lot too, but its hard for me to imagine letting go either of these. Although I could see myself upgrading the 5800 to a 5712 or 5980 someday. BTW Mark, weren't you the one tell me the other day that there is no such thing as a keeper!!!...

Seriously though, I only buy watches that I plan to keep for a long time, if not forever. That being said, I have sold more "forever" watches then I can remember. When I purchased my GO PML many years ago, that was my grail watch that I would have forever...
