Patek Philippe

Maybe its only a stupid question....

but I thought I'd ask anyway. At the lower part of the dial of almost every Swiss watch, it is written "SWISS MADE or SWISS. In addition there are some other special markings, like for instance on the 5079 and 5115 it is written "CADRAN SWISS EMAIL" which shows that the watch has an enamel dial.
Now my question is, if anybody knows on what it depends if on a watch it will be written Swiss or Swiss Made? I have tried to make a pattern, for quite some time but I couldnt figure it out. What I know for sure, it has nothing to do with the size of the watch, its complications or the price.
If anyone could offer their insight it would be highly appreciated.

Best regards,

Spiros.
