MB&F Perpetual VS EVO?

Any owners here? I am thinking of pulling the trigger on one shortly. The other thought is going for the original perpetual calendar from MB&F. I have tried both on (thank you Rostovsky!).

My pros/cons between the two:

-I like the heat blued hands on the regular perp more.
-The like the white lacquer dials more on the regular version.
-Can use any strap on the regular version. I find straps help you get more out of a watch. I like mixing it up a lot.
-The original is 44mm x 17.5mm. The EVO is 17.15mm. So SLIGHTLY thinner?
-I like the case shape and sleekness of the EVO in-person a lot.
-The extra WR and shock resistance on the EVO is appealing. I like to take a watch when I travel, and I HATE leaving them in hotel rooms when I go to the pool. I like that I could bring this with me on trips and just slap it on...never take it off. I think I am too much of a coward to take something like this in a super wavy beach situation though like Hawaii lol.
-The original is a bit cheaper, even used. The difference isn't a deal breaker for me...but it is enough to get another watch. smile

What else am I missing?
