Milgauss GV question..
Gents,
My AD has a GV that they have been sitting on for quite awhile. I am thinking about making an offer Saturday...they realize prices have dropped and are sort of willing to take care of me..without embarrassing myself what is a respectful percentage discount to ask for? roughly...
