My Rolex 1675 Gilt from 1966 with a new insert.
I am deeply in love with that watch, as you well know, but I always complained about the insert. Especially the blue section, with is too well... Or not enough maybe?
Maybe not enough... Vintage.
Bill found me another insert, and now, it is a totally different watch. The blue section is faded, as I like, and the red section is very much my taste, as well.
A new love story is about to start!

After a long time and search I found the tritium pearl / dot of insert of my ARA Tudor snowflake. Juan

I read about some crazy people who made their insert faded with chorine... Not sure if it works, but I would smell it just to be sure...! Best Blomman
