Hi There,
I was very pleased to find this forum. I am looking forward to fuelling my passion for fine watches.
I own a Reserve de Marche of which I am very fond. I also own a Breitling Crosswind in SS. I have a number of general questions which I am hoping that forumites might be able to help with.
1. My Reserve de Marche kept nearly perfect time for the first year I had it. It then lay dorment for about a year and now runs significatnly fast (about 10-15 sec per day). Does it simply need a service?
2. JLC seems to be coming out with many "Compressor" lines. My existing croco strap is significantly discolored by water marks. Is the Compressor line more of a style or do people really take their Jaegers with straps into water?
3. I am very interested in the JLC Grande Mevomox (in rose gold). I would be interested in any comments.
