So targeting a more expensive piece frequently means selling something to help along. No regrats, not even a single letter ;-)

Fully understand the rules of the hunt. Consolidation of the collection is a valid tactic. Actually, I haven't been "paid like a doctor" for decades. It's all relative unlike the huge money in the US. Remember that I worked in the public health system of ...
