Omega Conundrum...
It looks like I might have the potential to add the CK859 and/or a 60th anniversary railmaster to my collection..Going to try both on tomorrow!!
My question to the forum is if you had to choose between the 2 which one would you choose and why?
I have also been thinking of trading in or selling my Tudor BB58 Blue, GS Snowflake, Omega Planet Ocean, and a GO Panomatic Lunar... would any of you move one or a couple of these pieces to acquire the CK859 or Railmaster 60th??..

They are both nice watches. I would go with what your heart tells you.
Personally I fell in love with the CK as soon as I saw a photo. In terms of the watches you may sell/trade, I would go with the PO and keep the others. However it is of course down to how you feel. Perhaps the one you wear the least and no longer get that...

I think both pieces are amazing. The 60th has a great size and a fantastic dial, however, the ck is a bit more refined. Both are absolute strap monsters, so if you like the look of both pieces equally, i might go with the Ck. If you like bracelets and
Prefer the 50s/60s over the 30s, you wont make a mistake with the Rm either.

Can't wait to start trying some different straps...Went with the CK and the Railmaster!
I am thinking a NATO or cloth type strap after the OEM runs it life or I get sick of it! -D-

I would go for the CK. I would probably sell the Tudor as the PO IMO is a superior watch.

I did trade the Tudor but ended up with both the CK and the Railmaster.. So now up to 5 Omegas so I guess i can consider my self an Omega enthusiast too!! Thanks Myles, have a great weekend! -D-

Wish my wrist could handle the PO chrono and the Grey Side of the MOON! But anything over 42MM for me just doesnt work. But that dial on the Grey Side is amazing in person. And I love all things Planet Ocean... -D-

Ultra tough choice
Movement I prefer the CK. Everything else I prefer the Railmaster, which I own since a few years. I think I would go for the Railmaster. It is an amazing daily beater and I love daily beaters more and more
Yours and Echi's pictures and post drew me to the Railmaster instantly and that want never faded away!
Movement on the CK is amazing adn both Dials are really something! Also presentation on the Railmaster is outstanding with the box, pouch and straps! Omega is best in the business in that regard in IMHO! Thanks for reading! -D-

I think you cant go wrong with either. Just consider that the Railmaster at some point will be sold out for good
Thats why I eventually pulled the trigger on the Railmaster and CK859.
My AD held the Railmaster in the safe for over 2 years for me.. he was going to take it if I didn't... lol.. So figured might as well!! -D-

The Omega i would keep. GO, Tudor and GS i would not have collected, albeit it are not my kind of watch brands. Guilty is Omega to build the best, so why need to collect other than Omega?

I should avoid posting like a fan boy. While i buy not only Omega watches, it is hard to beat Omega. I have two or three i want to have next to my Seamaster. I like a Constellation with the white dial and blue accents, stainless steel. The green dial Glob...
A bit late to the party, did you get a chance to try them on? I have both and would be impossible for me to pick one over another.
CK589 is more contemporary and more versatile, but the railmaster has a lot of vintage charm. The good news is - whatever you decide you will be happy with the choice!
