I had the chance to see it in the real for the first time
All I can say is that it's stunning
Also the new 42mm on bracelet is a wow, the bracelet is much thinner and more comfortable but was not allowed to take pictures sorry
Shame this was already sold!
Also impressive was the 42mm gold and new 44mm 1024 with new movement so a little thinner
Finally a nice cappuccino dial

the 687 looks indeed quite special and cool in its own way. Nevertheless I am not fully getting warm with the color pattern of this dial.
I agree the 687 is absolutely stunning.
Not just the dial, either. I think the branded bezel is well defined, but not "too" overt and it compliments the dial, case and crown beautifully.
Let me say that....
every time Panerai re-issues an "oldie", my Panerista's heart..soars like an eagle in the sky.. Not enjoying a strong enough relationship with the colour brown, I would opt for the 685, though
I am with Nico on the Panerai 687 Dial. Magnificent.
I am not sure if he is also with me about the the bezel. It feels a little like the back of the watch. But I am sure it will grow on the users. Thanks for the great pictures. Bill
