Patek Philippe Minute Repeater Waiting List?
Hello.
I heard that there is a waiting list to purchase a Minute Repeater from Patek Philippe, and would-be buyers are screened. Can anyone help shed more light on this? How does one get on the waiting list? What are the screening criteria? How soon would you get your timepiece if you do make it on the list? Would appreciate any feedback on this.

Thank you for your reply. I've heard from a retailer that your application to buy a MInute Repeater is still evaluated by Patek--that's what I am more interested to learn more about.

was something like 9 -10 years and I was told that Patek was not accepting any additional orders. Now that was in early '08 before the world changed, so the situation could be different with respect to the waiting period but the process is still the same,...
