Patek Pocket Watch Ref 500 (or 600)
Hello Experts!
I found a platinum patek pocket watch locally. I was instantly charmed by it, but thought it's best to check in on PuristSPro first.
This seems to be a common ultrathin movement among patek pocket watches. And on the caseback, there is a reference number of 500 (or 600, I can't really tell). But I couldn't find any information on this model. If you have some information to share on this watch, I am very grateful.
