ACs are meant to be worn daily and it's plenty sturdy enough. I probably wouldn't change a tire with it on, or play a game of pickup basketball, but there's nothing going on in your office or around town that the 5146 isn't capable of handling.
324 is a very robust movement. No worries.

Yes, it's on my wrist since December last year when I bought. It's a great daily watch IMHO.
5146G is a great complication with a perfect blend of vintage and modern look. It can be a daily watch for a gentleman who doesn't have a very active lifestyle.
In terms of style, its a daily wearer because of tje very versatile creamy dial and the more casual numerals.
In terms of movement, its a daily wearer as well. This watch is doing fine even when you handle it a bit rough. Nice that you own the watch such a long time and still seem to enjoy it!

I didn’t think about the winder being an issue. By shear coincidence, mine stays 2/3 fully wound on my Wolf winder. I guess I just got lucky in that it’s not fully wound 24/7. Maybe that helped.
