For those who are thinking about getting a fine enamel Watch, this one is not far from perfection.
The case is breathtaking, with its dimensions and profile: 39 mm, 5 mm high, which is one millimeter more than the non enameled version.
The enamel dial is somptuous. And the leaf shaped hands are enhancing the beauty of this dial.
I still hope that JLC will remove this unnecessary wording, which ruins a bit its elegance.
The movement, the Cal 849, is a small marvel, too.
Its true competitor is the MUT 39 Jubilé, in platinum.
Ok, the Jubilé version doesn't have the magic enamel dial but it is more than two times less expensive, the retail being the biggest issue of the White Gold Enamel, in my opinion.

They NEED to remove that wording....thats what is keeping me away from the QL. Price wise,it is excessive I suppose...like the QL,but,if you think that ANY Duometre(apart from the sphero) is fairly priced,the 40.5 QL has a reasonable price.... Still the g...
Well, on the QL the wording is better integrated, even if I would have preferred without.

Of course enamel dial is very exclusive and exquisite but...
... I also share the same point of view. Specially also because a particularly like Pt so I would not hesitate long between the 2 in spite of the enamel. Best, Mike
