Privileged to meet Chad at Panerai Boutique

 

Hi Paneristis, I am currently visiting LA and soon onwards to NY with my family.I have read numerous posts about Chad and the boutique located just off Rodeo drive.Chad made me feel very welcomed.I arrive just 15 minutes before closing but had a great chat and viewed some watches including a Boutique special limited  to only 150 pieces and went past closing time. The luminor cased watch has a "pig " on the dial , patinated indices and the back engraved with the famed palm trees of LA and as it appears on the panerai shopping bag from the boutique.I like it very much and will be going back for another look before I leave LA. Is anyone familiar with this boutique special or have one to share their thoughts.From memory, I have only seen the portofino boutique edition. Thank you in advance.

Are you referring to the 44mm Historic Luminor w/ Pig on the dial?
