Problem with ref. 5164
As can be seen from observing the seconds hand, the movement will sporadically start/stop, even when fully wound and being worn on the wrist. This happens a few times a week, and the result is quite predictable: losing a lot of time! Watch was serviced by Patek in 2014 for the same problem. Now it's back..

I have the same problem with my 5164 as well....and my date also doesn't change. In April, it would have been at the service center 18 months. Some regular updates from them that I appreciate, but I'm still patiently waiting. Still, it didn't stop me from...
