2 incoming independents, first one mid year and the other towards Jan.18, can't wait to have those really special pieces.
And then I have to start taking seriously those pending matters with Patek, a relationship I want to get deeper into. The 5712 is long over-due, I always seem to find an excuse to priorize another watch.
But there are more, I was yesterday at the PP boutique in Luzern, I reconfirmed my attraction for the 5960/1a, what a dynamic look, I love it! And big surprise, I got to see the 5230G and felt very strong for it! Super elegant yet modern version of the 5110, I think it is complementary to my 5110P. The guilloche is really well done and adds an amazing depth, no crown guards and improved hands. Must be seen in person and with the right light!
Lukily the baselworld's novelties that I liked are reasonably priced.

We have one target in common: The 5960A. As for the 5230G I still have to see it in the flesh.
My guess is that I still prefer the 5110P, but the 5230 is intriguing me a lot. Best, my friend, and stay strong. Nico

The 5230 is a marvellous reference

5230....i see it as erring more towards elegance than the 5110.....
