PuristSPro All Black Rescue watch stopped running

I wore this watch to Legoland in Malaysia on a quick vacation with with family. Had lots of fun with the family with this watch. My boy loves to see the 4 quadrant seconds hand turn

Unfortunately on day 2 of my trip, the watch stopped running. I first noticed this when I saw a 30mins lag on the watch. I shook it a bit and it run again... For 1 min. Then it stopped at the exact spot (the orange arrow pointing to 8 seconds). See picture below




Every time I managed to get to run again by winding it or shaking it a bit, it always runs for 1 min and stops at the exact same spot. Doesn't look like a movement problem. Is it because the seconds hand is touching the sapphire glass?
Does any owner of this watch face the same problem? How can we fix this? Pls share your experience with me thanks!
