Real or Fake?
Hi there, I don't know much about watches. Got it past on from my father.. Want to know if its genuine? Its the mille miglia gt xl 16/8997 watch. With the rubber tyre tread strap. I have attached photos of front and back, with case number blurred out. Any info would be great!

No idea where he would have got this from though.. Never left the country and we live in a small town.. I'll still wear it anyway haha. Far too good looking to be stuck in a box!

save your funds and purchase an authentic Chopard to honor your father's dreams. Keep the replica and when you have children of your own, you can show it side by side with the real Chopard and teach them that from humble roots hard work will bring rewards...
faking it
most definitely a fake, everything is wrong especially the tyre tread band. Pity!
