My JLC Gran'Sport Reverso, about 4-5 years old, has stopped. I have never had to had this watch repaired before (and it's the only higher-end watch I've owned) and am unsure how to go about it. I live in Austin, TX and have come across this place: . I don't know what all the certifications mean. Would it be more advisable to send it back to JLC (or their authorized repair, whomever that may be)? I like the idea of going local (with the understanding that they may have to send out for parts and that could be a while), but more than anything, I want the repair done properly. I'd love the benefit of others' experience and wisdom.
Thanks!
