There is something very special about the Rolex 16800 as a transitional model. It has the painted tritium index markers and the advantages of a strong saphir crystal. The best of both worlds with an upgraded movement.
This model is under appreciated but is a strong contender to follow in the steps of the 16660.
This example has a nice brown patina with nicely aged markers hands are brighter but contrast nicely with the white text.
