For years I never considered purchasing this piece let alone trying one on at the AD. Everyone said how too heavy and uncomfortable it is. People said the bracelet design was off the submariner and did not fit correctly with how it tapers. I want to let people know that until you try one fitted to your wrist then you will truly never know. I removed the diver extension and added regular links and this watch fits like a glove! It's a little heavier than a submariner but nothing crazy when compared to a panerai. I personally love this and wear it in my regular rotation. Fits like a glove, looks oh so good!

The James Cameron is very cool but I could not justify paying a premium for half a blue dial! It's a nice tribute piece though, lots of demand still. Golden rule is to always try something yourself or else you will never know.

Out of all the Rolex's I have owned this one is by far my favorite. You won't see it out in the wild as often as a gmt or sub.
