I was wearing this week one of my two IWC Aquatimers (ref. 812) which has this very nice symbolized submariner on the outer case-back. This ignited the idea of browsing through all the nice, special case-backs of vintage watches.

Thanks Nicolas and - yep - the scratches on the plexi, I keep them and wear them proudly....
....though (very very briefly) about having the plexi changed but checking it under the loupe I conclude that it might even stil be the original one.
I found a pair of NOS plexys for my pair of vintage Polaris.
So, I changed them. But nothing very disturbing on yours. Very nice. What a dial. Please post more pics on the JLC forum! Best, nicolas

case-back. I like the polished steel. It is impossible for me to guess what the reference of your Sinn is. If I had to I would say it is the one hundred series. Best Edward
No, not a 100 series, it is this one....
