The auction vendors, led by EON Productions are donating 100% of their auction proceeds to nominated charitable causes and Christie’s is donating 100% of the profitable proceeds from the buyer’s premium.

The watches are given freely for the benefit of several charities ?
I think it is great that some Bond fans got to give so much to charity and get a cool watch. In the US you get the tax break either way...
So why not get a cool watch anyways.
