After posting some of my vintage Hamilton's and a couple of pictures on the JLC forum of my Jaeger's I thought I would share the rest of my collection. My interest in watches started with having my grandfathers Omega that he acquired in the 1950's reconditioned. I started collecting 5 years ago, with the purchase of a Chopard Mille Miglia in titanium. I wore it all the time to the office and at home. After that my local jeweler introduced me to Jaegers. The more I researched them the more I had to have one so I purchased my Master 8 Day. The rest as they say is history. So without further delay here is what my collection looks like subject to my poor and hopefully improving photography skills.
The first row are my gold dress watches from left to right:
- Grandfather's Omega from the 1950's - the watch that started it all
- Early 1990's Omega Deville - great time keeper with timeless style
- Vacheron Patrimony Classique - simply elegant, no other words to describe it
- Lange 1815 - Teutonic functionality yet elegant as well
The second row are my Jaegers, again from left to right
- 1960's slim line - maybe predecessor to the Master Ultra Thin?
- 1950's vintage watch - that is rather large (at least 36mm) for the time. Beautiful dial and lugs.
- Reverso Duo in rose gold - my latest acquisition
- Master 8 Days in SS - my first Jaeger
The third row are my sport/casual watches
- IWC Ingenieur - ref 3228 is a smaller 40mm version with a display back and in house caliber 80110. I prefer the display back to the antimagnetic shielding
- Rolex Sea Dweller - my favorite Rolex
- Chopard Mille Miglia - titanium and my first real watch purchase
- Stowa Marine Original - beautiful blued hands fitted with a blue Camile Fournet strap
So there you have it. My sickness in a nutshell. Let me know your thoughts and what if any you would change about. There really is nothing else I lust after at the moment. Well that is not really true, but I am promising myself no more significant purchases until I sell some. Famous last words...

Not sure what I will do next. As noted I am content as is and have made the commitment to myself before I get anything new I will sell some. So a couple of thoughts... Sell the whole bottom row (IWC, Rolex, Chopard, and Stowa) and get a more iconic sports...

Actually I think you have a lovely collection of dress watches. Perhaps some different metals and dial colours to mix it up, but I would be content as well. Nice to see all these and thanks for sharing them here. Andrew
