The 14802 Has Arrived!!!
The watch was shipped to me last week while I was on vacation, via Nuremberg to Beverly HIlls to to the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. I haven't taken it off my wrist since, except to shower because I still haven't had it tested for water resistance!
This beauty has exceeded my expectations in every way. I particularly like the way the dial appears in different colors and shades dependent upon the light. Sometimes it looks dark gray, sometimes light gray and sometimes black.
Here are a few macro photos I shot within the past few days. Hopefully, my photo skills are improving somewhat. It's not too difficult to get a nice photo with a macro lens though
Thanks to all for your nice comments about the watch. I feel very fortunate to have found it, and to have purchased it so soon after it was listed for sale - so fast, even before Nico found it!
All the best,
RDS

14802 Clasp Question
By: RDSChicago : March 19th, 2011-15:23
Thank you for the nice words, Nico, my friend. They are appreciated! I have a question about the clasp: It seems to be a bit finicky. When you close it, it doesn't automatically engage/lock. It seems like you need to get it at just the right angle before ...
