The Marine Master 300,my personal sweet spot for Seiko divers.
There is a wide array of divers available from Seiko : from entry level to GS level,from 60's to 70's inspired models,from mechanical to spring-drive,....
Not so easy to find the one model that suits your taste and your wrist.
I have found this model with the SLA023J1,the so-called Marine Master 300 with blue dial.
The watch has a stated 44mm case but wears much more like a 42 mm.
Typical design that screams Seiko from the other side of the street!
The case is the real highlight including some of the famous Zaratsu polishing.
Very good dial quality although not yet at GS level.
One of the best lume of any diver!
Typical mono-block case design.
This one is a real joy to wear and is certainly worth the significant price increase from the entry level models.

This is a really beautiful reference, you captured it with lots of light. The golden second hands reminds me of my Grand Seiko Thong Sia.. it gives the right amount of pop

I love it. owned the green dial for a while.
The only flaw this watch has is the painted lume pip at 12 is not covered by ceramic and is exposed!
