Horological Meandering

This or that continues ...

Team,

I was deciding between some JLC models (Click here to see the original thread) and I went to see those "in metal".

It happens that the JLC boutique is on the same mall that includes other boutiques, including the IWC one.

There, I saw "in metal" the new (to me) Portuguese Chronograph Classic.

I had, on the past, the 7750 based Portuguese that I let it go mainly because of the movement and wrist presence.

Now, this new one is absolutely gorgeous.

1) The watch

42mm case, fly back, in house movement, perfect feel on the chronograph pushers, smooth winding, I was in heaven.

Add to that a perfect (I already one one) Santoni strap and a deploy buckle (that normally I remove).

2) The movement

The movement 89361, fully in house looks very nice.

Now I am on a horological paradox (I'm loving this decision).

Like the Clash song ..."Should I Stay or Should I Go".

Anyone has more info about this IWC and movement?

Thanks,

Nilo
