HONG KONG – Ulysse Nardin reopened its boutique at Ocean Terminal, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong
Kong last Thursday, June 28th, 2007. The opening ceremony was officiated by the President of
Ulysse Nardin, Mr. Rolf W. Schnyder, and the Swiss Consul General in Hong Kong, Mr. Hans
Roth.
Incorporating a new design concept, the Ulysse Nardin boutique has an elegant and luminous
interior, creating a comfortable environment for customers to shop from a wide range of Ulysse
Nardin Timepieces, including one of its very old antique marine chronometers and some of the
rare Masterpieces, like The Genghis Khan, The Royal Blue Tourbillon, The Freak, The Egg of the
Tsars and The Circus Minute Repeater, some of the most desired items for enthusiastic watch
lovers.
“Our sales increased in Hong Kong during the first 5 months of 2007 – 70% over the same period
last year. This Extraordinary development is no doubt due to the ever expanding and successful
economy of mainland China and the enormous flow of mainland Tourists who visit this unique
shopping paradise”, Mr. Rolf Schnyder said.
Established in 1846, Ulysse Nardin was named after its founder, an accomplished watchmaker.
