Unidentified Omega (Cal. 265)
Dear all,
I recently trief to know more about this other Omega watch that I have. As it is for the other one (see last thread), I have great difficulties to identify it (as opposed to all my other Omega watches that are quite "standard" or common, so to say).
I ordered an extract of the archives, which I'm still waiting for.
The movement (cal. 265) number is 11612979 and the case number is ST2272-13. The watch diameter is 37mm (without winding crown). On this watch, the dial has the "swiss made" inscription.
I could not find any information about any similar watch, fitted such a dial... Watchmakers, and databases, have not been very helpful to me (or maybe I did not know how to search for correct information).
Do you have an opinion about the type/model of this watch? And about it's authenticty? To me the dial seems quite "old school type", to be fitted with a cal. 265...
Again, I took the best pictures I could with the only camera that I have.
Thanks in advance for considering my questions,
Bénédict
