Very interesting Rolex 5512 4 line with a twist
We are all familiar with the 5512 two and four line chapter ring gilt .... But how about a non chapter ring gilt 5512.
Well here we have the gilt 5512 from 1963 pointed crown guard. Bonus underline and Swiss only.

The gold print is almost copper in color. Hard to capture in pictures.
And the subtle underline from this transitional period. 
Sorry about the missing pearl it will be put back shortly after service.
Also you will notice this is an unpolished case as confirmed by no service marks in the case back and the original thick factory bevels.

The 5512 follows the same pattern as the 5513. The watch you are showing will date between 1964 to 1966. There is a high chance it also has a 5513 case back. What you need from the watch to date it is the serial number most likely between 1.1 and 1.4 to b...
One other note pointed crown guards
I did not notice this fact earlier. So this one is most likely a late 1963 I.e. from the first batch of Swiss t <25. Your serial should be a high 900k up to 1.1 mill. Bill
