From pop-up bars to pop-up jewelry bazaars, Singapore seems to have it all. Last week it was all rocks and bling except for a solitary watch reseller. This week five independents (although all sequestered off to the side as if watch collectors are somehow disreputable...what do they know?!), three new to me. I went, of course, to renew my acquaintance with Vianney Halter who I met a year ago in Solana Beach, California. There we saw several pieces; the Deep Space Tourbillon being the highlight. Today I was reacquainted with it again, but this time in a black and white colour scheme. Amazing how we respond to some things. Love it in this style. Need to float a loan...
