Volker Vyskocil - Animation of Functions

Hi all,

Volker was good enough to share an animation he's made with us that not only illustrates the functions of his hand setting mechanism, but allows you to wind up the watch and see the movement of the up/down indicator, plus the animation shows the correct time according to your computer. Very cool!

And, for those attending or thinking of attending the Tempus/IGOTT event (August 25-29), you will be able to see Volker's work upclose and personal, as he will be in attendance. Volker will also be giving a presentation, including 3D animation, of his work during IGOTT.

As it said, the the power reserve indication also is an indication for the crown functions (S/M/H), then it may have a little trouble: if the power reserve is less than 20 hours, the indicator hand will give a wrong information where the crown is, because...

Dear Charles, Yes its true. If the power reserve is less than 20 hours (or the watch is running for more than 20h since last winding), the 3t position of the crown will not be indicated. And if the watch run more than 30h after last winding the third and ...
