Where to buy...
OK, after fiddling with the idea for over 2 years, I think I am ready to buy my first Lange. I am a minor collectionist, I say minor because I buy them for the pleasure to wear them, not as an investment. Maybe I am not a watch collector but a watch enthusiast.
Because this is an expensive hobby, I can't afford to buy brand new watches every time, so I have opted for used ones in some cases; if I happen to love the watch I then sell it and buy a new one.
I am located in Mexico, and although there is an authorized A. Lange dealer, the used Lange's market is not actually a very vibrant one.
Where do you guys recommend me to buy one? And what price can I expect for a good 1815 Up & Down in white gold or maybe a Lange 1 in yellow gold with blue hands?
