Where to find rubber strap for PO w/bracelet?

Hello,

I am looking for a rubber strap for my 42.5mm PO with a steel bracelet. Could someone please point me in the right direction? I've seen them listed on one website for almost $500, but the case was attached to it. Is a new case needed for the rubber strap?
