Why did it happen?
I was looking at some old pics from the gallery of the Panograph and I just kept asking myself why on earth did GO stop selling this model? You could have called it a "Datograph Lite" but that would have undersold its innovativeness. Maybe in the week before Basel we should conjure up the spirit of the Panograph with some revisited images, and hope the Gods in Glashutte hear us...

Hoping someone in GO can reply that
Hoping that they come out with a replacement for the cal61 or something w column wheel. Not fond of seeing the tiny cal39 used in all those senators and sixties chronos.
I've expressed the same thought many times, Le Chef . . .
. . . I really don't know why the cal 61 was dropped, and can only hope that it returns someday. The cal 49 disappeared for a few years and then returned, so anything is possible . . . cordially, Art
