Your Jaeger Lecoultre Summer Watch?
At first thought, it may sound like a silly question: There is no season to wear a Jaeger Lecoultre. I strongly believe that you can wear any JLC all along the year, and that the choice depends on the moment and place.
For example, a Reverso Septantième has its place at the terrasse of a nice Café at appetizer time.
Same for the Reverso Red.
I would wear the Polaris or the Deep Sea Alarm everywhere except at the beach, while I can swim with their " Tributes " sisters.
But, if I go a bit farther in my thoughts, I would say that, for me, the perfect summer watch is a watch which can withstand any summer moment, from water activities, to travels, cafés, restaurants, walks, biking, racing...
Well, you got the idea...
I would go for the TT Polaris and TT Deep Sea Alarm, or for the Navy SEALs Alarm.
I would also bring one or two fine watches for fine moments, such as the Geophysic, or the Septantième, or... The Master Minute Repeater. And maybe... A Duometre!

I never had a problem with my Tributes. And I wear them each summer, by the beaches or at the pools. As for the strap on my TT Polaris 68...
