Zenith Cal 135 Observatoire Chronometer by Kari Voutilainen and Phillips.
A good or a bad ida, I will let you judge...
I will just say that I am not convinced, here.
What disturbs me is that the original Cal 135 is a real tool watch, whose purpose is solely accuracy.
It is good and nice enough to be kept as it is. Here, with the Kari Voutilainen and Phillips remake, it is a luxury watch with high levels of finishings, commanding a superlative price.
I wouldn't have said that IF Karin housed this movement in one of HIS watches, as he did when he housed a marvelous PESEUX 260. But remaking this Zenith in a Zenith watch at this price, THAT really bugs me.

The good news is that you can find a marvelous original one for waaaay less than these two.

They could; but it seems many of these manufactures are short on willingness to do so and so likely they would not have.
Not a slight on Zenith, they are not alone on this.
