a firm "no".
After checking back:
This model did not make it into serial production and there?s only one prototype (the pictured example).
GP decided not to offer a Titanium version of the reference 49910 "To John Harrison".
There are some models that part the same fate: Only a prototype was made, but then it wasn?t made as a production model for various reasons.
It?s not perfectly clear if there?s a chance to get one of these dials and hands (unlikely a TI case) on special order; it may be possible, but certainly not for a serial production. In this regard, i?d suggest to check back directly with your GP dealer or GP Switzerland.

I have to admit, i got lost of that one since the first pictures were made available; that?s a nice dial.
