the least to say,i've been tormented today by this beauty

I GUESS SOME WATCHES HAVE TO BE RE-DISCOVERED.

i saw a guy in a restaurant today who was wearing a sea hawk carbon fiber dial.
as of my nosey nature i said to him " nice sea hawk you've got on your wrist " . the guy was nice enough to talk with me about watches in general.
i've seen some Sea Hawks before but never in a carbon dial.
i tell you this watch ozzes and radiates BEAUTY. and simply GORGEOUS.!
he told me it's a special edition .

i checked in the GP website and i found two but they look identical.

first one is called Sea HAWK 2 USA-7 1 . ref# 49905 and the other

ref# 49905-11-615-FK6A

what is the difference between the two, are they both special edition.?
can they be found at a good price?
any thought will be very well appreciated.
