They both use the Valjoux 72, yes; I am sure I read somewhere, or perhaps expected Heuer and Rolex to modify the Valjoux 72; this then-expected variation, I would think, brings slight differences in the running and management of the timepieces. I may be wrong, though and please correct my assumptions if necessary.
