watch winder
What? nobody here uses a watch winder? I typed in that title on the "Forum Search" and received a message that there are no results!
I'm sure a few of you have purchased a winder for your perpetuals. I recently purchased a Scatola del Tempo model and have a question about your approach to properly determining the speed of rotation for which to program the machine for your watches.
Thank you for your help in this matter.

winders from quite a few brands and one thing I do notice, is that you don't want to go cheap, at least not too cheap. I used to think it's really just a slow winding motors w/ a few electronics circuit boards, while it's mostly true, the quality of these...

Thanks to everyone for your responses. All of the issues mentioned are helpful. I purchased the Scatola Del Tempo because it is programmable. I am a little concerned about the wear and tear on the watches but consider the trade-off worthwhile for my perpe...

I have had real good success with Orbita....I have a 6 programable watch winder that I bought a few years ago and have had real good success with it. I liked it so much that I bought my wife two Orbital Sparta winders for two of her watches for Christmas!...
