bargain, things seem to work out quite well for us, apart from inter village
politics which is bringing me down a bit at the moment. you need to live in
wales to understand it. however, the main protagonist is a recently evicted
tenant with nothing but mouth and spite, i'm a homeowner with a lovely wife and
kids so they'll have to carry me out in a box :)
