1. the fancy lugs only look fancy, they take usual leather straps, although the ones VH provides are finely made
2. it won't look too small on your wrist expect you feel comfortable only when wearing monster watches like some Grahams, AP ROO or Jacob & Co. Compared to a Datejust, it works pretty much the same way
3. the movement base VH uses in his Classic's (a movement originally crafted by Longines and then taken over by Lemania) is not only very flat but also very reliable when it comes to timekeeping. When the regulating is done correctly, which is the case for VH's Classic, the results achieved are superb
4. comparison with Kari and Philippe's work is possible although each watchmaker has his own signature. The best link between them is perhaps that they are small entities and all independent.
